The creation of Neqtar recognises the broader base required for sourcing, developing and reaching new markets in order to respond to changing consumer and market needs. Neqtar incorporates the merger of two companies:
- Neqtar UK – Through HwCg, Neqtar supplies a portfolio of wines from around the world to all UK retailers, offering brand, own and exclusive label solutions to suit customers' needs
- Neqtar Australia – The two divisions produce and supply wine and beverages. SdS beverages supplies global beverage manufacturers with unique vegetable and fruit juice products. Through Neqtar Wines the company produces and supplies brands (Roberts Estate and Commissioners Block) and own label wines to their domestic market, UK and Europe and has its own 40,000 tonne winery in Mildura, SE Australia
